Just Hoodia deliver to the UK, excluding Scottish highlands, channel islands and both Northern and Southern Ireland for the following rates:
- FREE Delivery - 7-10 Working days, sent untracked at purchasers risk by Royal Mail 2nd Class
- £3.95 - DPD HomeCall standard delivery 2-4 working days. untracked at purchasers risk
- £4.95 - DPD HomeCall, tracked and insured, 1-3 working days (generally next day) - should the Hoodia fail to arrive another batch is sent out immediately and delivery charges are refunded
- £11.95 - DPD24, tracked and insured, guaranteed next working day if ordered before 2:30pm - should the Hoodia fail to arrive another batch is sent out immediately and delivery charges are refunded
We also deliver worldwide (inc. Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands & Ireland) for a flat rate of £12.50 uninsured or £16.50 insured

If for any reason you wish to return your Hoodia simple call our freephone hotline on 0800 862 0350 and we will issue you with a RMA Number to attach to the outside of the package for return.
Should you have reason to return your Hoodia to us you must follow our returns procedure as follows:
In the event you need to return your goods for a refund or replacement please contact Just Hoodia by email to aftersales [at] justhoodia [dot] co [dot] uk and we will send you our returns form to fill in. Once we have received this form we will issue you with an RMA number which must be attached to the outer packaging when your return the goods to us.
Please note we do not accept returns where the foil cap has been broken unless the tables within are in some way defective.
